One Post… Every two Years?

I have been a bad blogger…

Oh my. It has been awhile hasn’t it? Almost two full years since the last post by me (GD). As cliché as it most definitely is, I (ahem, we) have been busy. A lot has happened in two years; we went full-time at our work places, bought a house, got married, graduated college, selling the first home (closing date is tomorrow), and remodeling a new home (post to come). Unfortunately, I have provided no real-time documentation for any of this and it is time to catch up.

Looking back on the few posts from two years ago, I noticed a trend of coming up with excuses as to why it had been so long since my last post and I would like to stop being a “habitual excuse-giver” as it pertains to this *blog. Moving forward, KD and I will be documenting various things in our lives that we find meaningful and worthy to share with the world.

Topics include:

• House remodeling
• Happiness
• Our story
• Money, Saving, Investing
• Jobs
• How we define success
• Why the title, Journey of a Blogger?
• And a multitude of other ideas that we have tossed around**

We appreciate all of the support and we intend to hold ourselves more accountable for how often we post (annually instead of every two years, maybe?)
